The founding principal and executive creative director of seeds marketing+design, Daniel Zwolak began this Birmingham, Michigan-based agency in 2008 as a sole proprietor and one-man show. Specializing in brand development and corporate communications, seeds currently employs eight full-time advertising professionals and works with notable clients such as Avalon Bakery, Bell’s Brewery, The Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company, Stand Together and Audi of America. For Audi, seeds serves as an agency of record (with its production partners at Gail & Rice) for PR Events and Executive Communications, including the development of content for their national and international dealer meetings. In addition, seeds also evolved to produce a long-form video-based product training series for Audi Academy that took the agency to two continents, five countries and six states in just four months.
In 2015, Detroit’s DBusiness Magazine listed Daniel Zwolak among the top young business professionals in the region in its annual "30 in Their Thirties" issue.
Outside of the professional environment, Daniel Zwolak is an avid runner, who has completed marathons in both Detroit and Chicago, and a kayaker who enjoys trips down the Detroit River and up to Lake Superior. He is also a self-proclaimed “music snob,” who has eclectic tastes and names The National as his favorite band. In an effort to give back to the communities that support him, Mr. Zwolak makes regular contributions to Oakland Family Services and the veterinary program at Michigan State University, and has provided agency services pro bono to many non-profit clients over the years.
